| DETAILS FOR THIS CASH SECURED PUT TRADE | |||||||||
| Today, (5) Cash Secured Put contract(s) were bought back onDirexion Daily Small Cap Bull 3x Shares (ticker: TNA) for the May-30-2025 Expiration Date, $30 Strike Price for a Premium of $0.82 > TNA was trading for $30.9 a share when I placed this trade. Because I bought this option back early, I did not make max profit. The final profit / cash flow collected it posted below. Instead of making the original premium, I collected $0.22 or 0.73% of the total projected cash flow for this trade. | |||||||||

| COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I CLOSED THIS TRADE | |||||||||
| WHY I CLOSED this CSP on > TNA | |||||||||
| This TNA trade closes after (10) days of being on for reasons I outline below. Not that I'm afraid to take ownership of TNA at $30 I just figured buy it back make 110 bucks will revisit this next week and not have the risk again I own TNA much higher this is not something I'm worried about but I just figured take it off the board make $110 bucks buy a nice dinner and we'll put this trade on again and hopefully TNA moves higher and I can keep all of the premium without owning more TNA .. | |||||||||
| -50% , -10% RULES (PRICES WHEN I MIGHT BUY BACK) | |||||||||
| Premium | -50% | 10% Rule | My Buy Back was? | ||||||
| $0.82 | $0.41 | $0.08 | -$0.60 | ||||||
| -50% Rule? | Percentage Down | ||||||||
| YES | 73.00% | ||||||||
| What does this mean? If within the first week the option falls 50% I will buy back the option and look to roll for another credit ... if the option falls to 10% of the value, I will buy back and roll. | |||||||||

| LETTING MONEY BUILD THE ACCOUNT SIZE | |||||||||
| Because this is in my non-taxable account I'm just going to use the premium to build the account size to make more premium versus buying dividend paying funds will save that for all my taxable accounts and with no tax implications we're not going to put any money in the tax bucket either | |||||||||
