| NEW Trade details below for this Wheel Trade | ||||
| Starting a new Wheel Trade with DraftKings (DKNG) as I wrote in a recent Spotlight Stock Chart Breakdown ... I feel DKNG will benefit with sports opening and as the NFL starts and is remarkably not being shut down due to COVID cases in training camp ... this sports year might open full swing and that means DraftKings will benefit. I always see sports betting coming online at some point (no proof of this) and as that idea is floated, it will affect DKNG's stock positively ... we'll see -> EDIT - I POSTED I selected the $34 Strike because that's where it was basically trading prior to my Chart Blog post ... its had a decent rally ... it could drop back with some profit taking ... if not, man, this would be a Sweet 1st trade collecting some ~$2,000 on $34,000 risked IF you're asking me. - CORRECTION - I selected the $36 Strike - all numbers have been edited to the correct $36 strike. | ||||

| My brief explanation why I ended this trade early | ||||
| New Wheel Strategy using Workhorse Group (WKHS) ... some of you may or may not have heard of this electric truck maker that made a news splash back when the GM plants were being closed ... WKHS bought the Lordstown Oh plant and started making trucks ... the stock danced around $2 and $3 dollars for a bit but then seriously got tracktion around June and really hasn't pulled back from that $15 number ... so looking at the chart you can see Wall Street has WKHS valued between $17ish - $15ish ... so I'm going to play this RANGE and set my CSP at 16 for ~ 28 days, get the shares and get this $2.25 Prem on 1,000 shares ... let's see how this plays out because its trading pattern is a ROCK. | ||||

| Cash Secured Put - Description -The cash-secured put involves writing an at-the-money or out-of-the-money put option and simultaneously setting aside enough cash to buy the stock. The goal is to be assigned and acquire the stock below today's market price. Whether or not the put is assigned, all outcomes are presumably acceptable. The premium income will help the net results in any event. The investor is bullish on the underlying stock and hopes for a temporary downturn in its price. If the stock drops below the strike, the put may be assigned. That would allow the put writer to buy the stock at the strike price. The effective purchase would be even lower: strike price less the premium received. There are two principal risks. First, the stock might not only dip but plummet well below the strike price. The investor must be comfortable with the strike price as an acceptable long-term acquisition price, no matter how low the market goes.
