DETAILS FOR THIS COVERED CALL TRADE
Today a NEW Covered Call position was opened using LABU
When LABU was trading at $289.19 I decided to do the ITM Covered Call where I selected the $270 strike price and was paid $22.9 in up front premium. This premium includes both intrinsic and extrinsic value where my profit actually equals $3.71 a share or $1800 in cash flow.

COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I OPENED THIS TRADE
WHY I OPENED this CCW on LABU
LABU (3x Leveraged ETF to the S&P500 Bio Techs ) its sold off some -$50 pts from its recent highs ... thats not to say LABU could not fall back to $250ish ... but I will plant my flag here at $270 , -$19.19 of DSP ... so we roll with it > having run the numbers, this trade meets most all of my expectations for a solid start to a covered call campaign. Of course I would love for this to be a one-an-done trade but if I were left holding this position ... the $270 strike/cost basis, based on its chart feels good. > C#_LABU_270
➡️I gave myself -6.64% of downside protection for this trade

THIS ITM COVERED CALL IS CLOSED OUTCLOSED
THE CAMPAIGN TRACKER NUMBER IS > _C#_NAIL_088
This trade used the 99 Delta ITM Call Option to support the trade. I did not purchase shares in the traditional ITM Covered Call trade which allowed me to make more CoC % gain on money invested
Today I CLOSED this 99 DELTA ITM CCW position on NAIL
had this trade go to expiration , I was basically set short the stock but found out I can not be short a stock in an IRA ... so I was -4,000 shares ... I called my brokerage, they used my $25 long call to buy the shares which cleared the trade ... its complex to explain here so there are the raw numbers −$60,826.00 (bought 99 Deltas) +$11,573.23 (sold ITM CC premium) +$151,996.86 (the $38 credit when someone took my shares) −$100,000.00 (when I took someone shares to close the 'short' position) --- all money on the table equals +$2,744.09 ✅ this trade is closed
👉 The Projected Profit was $2800 so in the buy back process and the exit of the 99 delta I may or may not have made more or less. 👇

This trade makes $2744.09 in Covered Call trade profit. The stock has traded such that I've bought this option which makes $2744.09 or 4.51% return.

DETAILS FOR THE LAST COVERED CALLCLOSED
To understand the buy back cost, you remove the intrinsic value from the current real time option price from the current real time stock price ... this would represent the remaining time value left in the option. This is what you subtract from your original covered call premium profit to get your final covered call premium profit for this trade.

JUST KEEPING IN THE IRA TO BUILD THE BANK ROLLNO
Because this is in my non-taxable account I'm just going to use the premium to build the account size to make more premium versus buying dividend paying funds will save that for all my taxable accounts and with no tax implications we're not going to put any money in the tax bucket either
