| Direxion Daily S&P Biotech Bull 3X Shares > Because I bought this option back early, I did not make max profit. The final profit / cash flow collected is posted below. Note, instead of making the original premium profit projections. I bought this option back for $7.49 causing a debit in the position but then SOLD the supporting LEAPS Call Option for a profit as outlined below. | |||||||||
| COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I ENDED THIS TRADE | |||||||||
| WHY I OPENED this PMCC Trade on > Daily S&P Biotech Bull 3X Shares (LABU) | |||||||||
| This is absolutely incredible! We are on a roll trading LABU. The last three poor man’s covered calls — along with any cash-secured puts — have basically all been based on support lines we identified, and they’ve been paying off. We decided to close this position because our LEAPS call option had a 0.93 Delta. If LABU continued to climb higher, I would actually start losing money on the position. By closing now, we locked in a very profitable trade: 19% cash-on-cash return, or $9,031, since September 15th. That’s less than 15 days! Now we don’t have to worry about LABU running higher against our position. Instead, we can take this profit and put it back into the market — possibly into another poor man’s covered call setup on a stock trading near its support lines. | |||||||||

| LETTING MONEY BUILD THE ACCOUNT SIZE | |||||||||
| Because this is in my non-taxable account I'm just going to use the premium to build the account size to make more premium versus buying dividend paying funds will save that for all my taxable accounts and with no tax implications we're not going to put any money in the tax bucket either | |||||||||
