DETAILS FOR THIS CASH SECURED PUT TRADE
Today, (10) Cash Secured Put contract(s) were bought back onT-Rex 2X Long Nvidia Daily Target ETF (ticker: NVDX) for the Nov-21-2025 Expiration Date, $17 Strike Price for a Premium of $1.15 > NVDX was trading for $18.05 a share when I placed this trade. Because I bought this option back early, I did not make max profit. The final profit / cash flow collected it posted below. Instead of making the original premium, I collected $1.1 or 6.47% of the total projected cash flow for this trade.

COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I CLOSED THIS TRADE
WHY I CLOSED this CSP on > NVDX
This NVDX trade closes after (14) days of being on for reasons I outline below. NVDA kills it, stock rockets and this CSP option on NDVX falls to 0.05 cents, we buy back and will use the money for another trade having (1 1/2 FULL days) for that money to make more money

What does this mean? If within the first week the option falls 50% I will buy back the option and look to roll for another credit ... if the option falls to 10% of the value, I will buy back and roll.

LETTING MONEY BUILD THE ACCOUNT SIZE
Because this is in my non-taxable account I'm just going to use the premium to build the account size to make more premium versus buying dividend paying funds will save that for all my taxable accounts and with no tax implications we're not going to put any money in the tax bucket either

COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I OPENED THIS TRADE
WHY I OPENED this CSP on > NVDX
This trade begins as a (14) day trade where I'm trying to capture anywhere from 1.2% - 1.3% for a weekly Cash Secured Put and 3% or more for a monthly expiration. This trade will make $1150 which is 6.76% on money invested
Further commentary as to why I opened this trade >
NVDX (2x Leveraged ETF to Nvidia) > Nvidia has pulled back — exactly as I expected. Just like I thought, the overall market would pull back during the first two weeks of November, shedding the fluff so that big money can free up cash and position for the final six-week push of the year — the classic Santa Claus rally. This pattern never fails: the market dips in early November, institutions reload, push prices higher into year-end, and then sell off again in the first week or two of January to lock in profits. So, we have to take advantage of these setups. With Nvidia, arguably the greatest stock in the world, this kind of pullback is an opportunity. When it drops this far and we can add another 3% of downside protection on top of the move, this is where you plant your flag — and that’s exactly what I’m doing this morning. I’ll be looking to use the $17.50 or $17 strike, two weeks out, to position myself for the next leg higher.
2 trade plan (Cash Secured Put + Covered Call) if needed a second trade >
This trade is , trade #1 ... a CSP for a premium profit of $1150. If this trade expires worthless of I buy the option back profitable later , all good but if I were to be assigned the shares and the stock price in a worse case scenario fell an additional -$0 , I could then do an at my cost basis CCW making a possible $1.6 (hypothetical based on the trade numbers at the time of this post) so that would be $1.15 for trade #1 and $1.6 for trade #2 which would equal (these being the same timeframe for each) $2.75 in the same timeframe (that means, if this OPEN CSP trade is 1 week and are assigned the shares, the CC projected premium is for the same 1 week, so on)
> as with every trade, I will manage this trade as it approaches expiration ... buying back the option if it adheres to my -50% and 0.10 cent guidelines. -50% guideline being, such this option price fall 50% or more in the first 2 weeks I will buy back and look to roll the option - if the this option falls to 0.10 or less (in most cases) I will buy back the option and roll it for another credit if it presents itself.
