Brief Description of WHY I did this trade and my expectations for it
PLAYING THE VOLITILITY - JAN 15TH 2021 EXPIRE - I did this with TQQQ last year, around June ... at the time I got $9.50 for a $58 ATM CSP .... basically holding it the rest of the year collecting that CashonCash gain with little sweat as I did this at the bottom of the 2019 mid year correction .... so, fast forward to now, I dont know where these makrets go but I have cash on hand and for me, its simple, lets NOT catch a falling knife, lets GET PAID for setting our money to the side and if this too passes ... then this 29% Cash-on-Cash ... well, just good business. With the UDOW trading at $70 ... I have $19 in downside protection or if assigned, Im buying the UDOW at $51? The markets will be HELLA sold off by then and to be honest, if were that low come Jan2020 were ALL in more trouble then we think ... half cup FULL attitude, this sell off continues, but will rebound and I buy this back cheaper ... crossing fingers.
