| Direxion Daily S&P Biotech Bull 3X ETF > Because I bought this option back early, I did not make max profit. The final profit / cash flow collected is posted below. Note, instead of making the original premium profit projections. I bought this option back for $21.7 causing a debit in the position but then SOLD the supporting LEAPS Call Option for a profit as outlined below. | |||||||||

| Because this is in my non-taxable account I'm just going to use the premium to build the account size to make more premium versus buying dividend paying funds will save that for all my taxable accounts and with no tax implications we're not going to put any money in the tax bucket either | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| DETAILS FOR THIS COVERED CALL TRADE | |||||||||
| Today a NEW (ITM) Covered Call position was opened using (ticker: LABU) | |||||||||
| , when the stock was trading for $160 a share I SOLD (10) (ITM) Covered Call contract(s) using (1000) shares for the (March)-2-2026 expiration date, strike price of $153 receiving a premium of $11 or $4 in Time Value premium, making $11000 in up front cash flow to begin this trade with a cost basis of $94.18 per share. | |||||||||
| - | |||||||||
| COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I OPENED THIS TRADE | |||||||||
| WHY I OPENED this CCW on > LABU | |||||||||
| This LABU (2) day trade , where I'm trying to capture anywhere from 1.2% to 1.6% for a 5 day trade will make me a projected 4.25% Cash on Cash on money invested | |||||||||
| Further Commentary as to why I did this trade | |||||||||
| LABU (3x Leveraged ETF to the S&P500 Bio Techs ) > we do it again because remember last trade when we wake up and LABU blows thru my cost basis ? I did the ITM strike and although at the time I really didnt think that DSP was ever going to be needed, LABU falls to $138 ... so I repeat here, I could have made more CC premium but Im trading the fade as tomorrow or Thursday I could see this pulling back ... and this CC premium has $7 of DSP (not profit) but I love it ... in the end reducing my cost and should this trade continue I would have a LOWER break even allowing for even MORE premium profits. | |||||||||

| NO EARNINGS DURING THIS TIMEFRAME | |||||||||
| NO EX-DIVIDEND DATE DURING THIS TIMEFRAME | |||||||||
| - | |||||||||
| PROJECTED PROFIT POTENTIAL (CCW PREM ONLY) | |||||||||
| If this trade goes as planned, I will have my shares taken at my strike price and I will only collect the difference between the Real Money and Time Value which is the plan | |||||||||
| COST BASIS | STRIKE | PREM | Projected Cash Flow | ||||||
| $160.00 | $153.00 | $11.00 | $4,000.00 | ||||||
| DAYS ON | INTRINSIC VALUE | TIME VALUE | Cash on Cash % | ||||||
| 2 | $7.00 | $4.00 | 2.50% | ||||||
| This being an ITM Covered Call ... I did collect the premium of $11 but remember that I'm giving away my shares cheaper at $153 so in this case the Time Value premium profit could be $4 or $11000 in total premium profit if NO buy back. | |||||||||
| HOW YOU WOULD BENEFIT FROM THIS TRADE | |||||||||
| ITM CC BUY SHARES > SELL CALL | |||||||||
| For this trade, I already own the shares, so my total profit may or may not include stock appreciation. In your case, you would purchase the shares outright at the current trading price I’ve provided. You would then proceed to sell a near-term covered call, aiming to achieve the same premium for the same strike price and expiration date. | |||||||||
| OF COURSE, this is all projected and the final results could have you LOSING MONEY. Ensure you understand this trade and that it meets your risk tolerance. I wish you good luck. | |||||||||
| Stock Price was | Strike Price | Expire | Premium | ||||||
