DETAILS FOR THIS CASH SECURED PUT TRADE
Today, (3) Cash Secured Put contract(s) bought back on Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE) (ticker: FAS) for the May-5-2023 Expiration Date, $53.00 Strike Price for a Premium of $4.30 > FAS was trading for $52.92 a share. Because I bought this option back early, I did not make max profit. The final profit / cash flow collected it posted below. Instead of making the original premium, I collected $1.80 or 0.41% of the total projected cash flow for this trade.
PREMIUM ONLY TRADE
Because I bought this option back, i was not assigned shares and this is a premium profit trade only.

WHY I CLOSED this CSP Trade > In this market placing a one-day trade making $540 just seems like highway robbery I will take those five crisp $100 bills and put them in the cash flow pocket I'm not day trading but when I can pick up $500 on a tree in about one day ... I'm going to go ahead and do that so the money gets placed back into my account for $540 adds to cash flow for this month and we move on

MET 3% GOAL
General plan for my Cash Secured Puts Cash on Cash % investments > I like to generate a 2% Cash on Cash return on my money invested ... depending on the timeframe ... 1 week, 1% is ok but if 30 days I want more like 2 ot 3% preferred
