DETAILS FOR THIS CASH SECURED PUT TRADE
Today, (10) Cash Secured Put contract(s) were bought back onDirexion Daily FTSE China Bull 3x Shares (ticker: YINN) for the Aug-5-2025 Expiration Date, $41.5 Strike Price for a Premium of $0.75 > YINN was trading for $44.16 a share when I placed this trade. Because I bought this option back early, I did not make max profit. The final profit / cash flow collected it posted below. Instead of making the original premium, I collected $0.55 or 0.89% of the total projected cash flow for this trade.

COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I CLOSED THIS TRADE
WHY I CLOSED this CSP on > YINN
This YINN trade closes after (2) days of being on for reasons I outline below. This option had fallen -73.33% in this very short two day time frame and was 7 days left I decided to buy this back for 0.20 cents making $550 and then we would go ahead and use this money for another cash secured put which I did this morning for so SOXL this trade is closed no risk on the board

LETTING MONEY BUILD THE ACCOUNT SIZE
Because this is in my non-taxable account I'm just going to use the premium to build the account size to make more premium versus buying dividend paying funds will save that for all my taxable accounts and with no tax implications we're not going to put any money in the tax bucket either

DETAILS FOR THIS CASH SECURED PUT TRADE
Today a NEW Cash Secured Put position was opened using Direxion Daily FTSE China Bull 3x Shares (ticker: YINN) when the stock was trading for $44.16 a shares. I sold (10) Cash Secured Put contract(s) using (1000) shares worth of money for the (September)-5-2025 Expiration Date, $41.5 Strike Price receiving a Premium of $0.75 of $750 in upfront cash flow to begin this trade. This would be an (OTM) Cash Secured Put.
COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I OPENED THIS TRADE
WHY I OPENED this CSP on > YINN
This trade begins as a (9) day trade where I'm trying to capture anywhere from 1.2% - 1.3% for a weekly Cash Secured Put and 3% or more for a monthly expiration. This trade will make $750 which is 1.81% on money invested
Further commentary as to why I opened this trade >
YINN (3x leverage to the China Large Caps) > This recent sell-off looks like a great opportunity. The stock has fallen from $50 down to $44, and with this cash-secured put expiring next week, I’m positioning for what I expect to be solid Alibaba earnings on August 29th. In that case, I don’t see us getting anywhere near $41.50. However, if the stock continues to drop due to geopolitical issues, tariffs, or an earnings miss, it could easily trade down to around $40 per share. With a $41.50 cost basis, I’d then shift into a 30-day covered call at my cost basis and still be able to collect nearly 6% in premium while waiting.

2 trade plan (Cash Secured Put + Covered Call) if needed a second trade >
This trade is , trade #1 ... a CSP for a premium profit of $750. If this trade expires worthless of I buy the option back profitable later , all good but if I were to be assigned the shares and the stock price in a worse case scenario fell an additional -$0 , I could then do an at my cost basis CCW making a possible $1.72 (hypothetical based on the trade numbers at the time of this post) so that would be $0.75 for trade #1 and $1.72 for trade #2 which would equal (these being 2 week trades for each) $2.47 in ~2 weeks
> as with every trade, I will manage this trade as it approaches expiration ... buying back the option if it adheres to my -50% and 0.10 cent guidelines. -50% guideline being, such this option price fall 50% or more in the first 2 weeks I will buy back and look to roll the option - if the this option falls to 0.10 or less (in most cases) I will buy back the option and roll it for another credit if it presents itself.
