| Today, (4) Cash Secured Put contract(s) were bought back onDirexion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares (ticker: SOXL) for the Sep-12-2025 Expiration Date, $26 Strike Price for a Premium of $1.3 > SOXL was trading for $27.48 a share when I placed this trade. Because I bought this option back early, I did not make max profit. The final profit / cash flow collected it posted below. Instead of making the original premium, I collected $1.26 or 4.85% of the total projected cash flow for this trade. | |||||||||

| COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I CLOSED THIS TRADE | |||||||||
| WHY I CLOSED this CSP on > SOXL | |||||||||
| This SOXL trade closes after (17) days of being on for reasons I outline below. | |||||||||
| the stock has fallen such that this option is down -96.92% which means we will use TIME to our advantage and close this trade, taking risk off the table and now have cash back in the account to make another trade > easy trade and will look to keep it rolling | |||||||||
| -50% , -10% RULES (PRICES WHEN I MIGHT BUY BACK) | |||||||||

| $1.30 | $0.65 | $0.13 | -$0.04 | ||||||
| -50% Rule? | Percentage Down | ||||||||
| YES | -96.92% | ||||||||
| What does this mean? If within the first week the option falls 50% I will buy back the option and look to roll for another credit ... if the option falls to 10% of the value, I will buy back and roll. | |||||||||

| DETAILS FOR THIS CASH SECURED PUT TRADE | |||||||||
| Today a NEW Cash Secured Put position was opened using Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares (ticker: SOXL) when the stock was trading for $27.48 a shares. I sold (4) Cash Secured Put contract(s) using (400) shares worth of money for the (September)-12-2025 Expiration Date, $26 Strike Price receiving a Premium of $1.3 of $520 in upfront cash flow to begin this trade. This would be an Cash Secured Put. | |||||||||
| COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I OPENED THIS TRADE | |||||||||
| WHY I OPENED this CSP on > SOXL | |||||||||
| This trade begins as a (18) day trade where I'm trying to capture anywhere from 1.2% - 1.3% for a weekly Cash Secured Put and 3% or more for a monthly expiration. This trade will make $520 which is 5% on money invested | |||||||||
| Further commentary as to why I opened this trade > | |||||||||
| SOXL (3x Leveraged ETF to the Semiconductors ) > A little tighter than my last trade at $25.50, but we’ll go with it since this one has an expiration date of September 12th instead of September 5th. I believe that even if the stock falls on NVDA’s earnings, it would likely drop to the strike price (or lower), but then recover to at least above $26. If it didn’t, and instead fell to $24, we could still set up a 30-day covered call at our cost basis. That way, we’d exit the trade having collected two strong premiums along the way — while a buy-and-hold investor would have made nothing. | |||||||||
| > as with every trade, I will manage this trade as it approaches expiration ... buying back the option if it adheres to my -50% and 0.10 cent guidelines. -50% guideline being, such this option price fall 50% or more in the first 2 weeks I will buy back and look to roll the option - if the this option falls to 0.10 or less (in most cases) I will buy back the option and roll it for another credit if it presents itself. | |||||||||
