ASSIGNED CSP TRADE
STANDARD CASH SECURED PUT TRADE IS NOWCLOSED
Today I CLOSED this Cash Secured Put position on (NAIL)
NAIL (3x leveraged ETF to the Homebuilders) > the stock falls below my strike price and now is in the money, I will be assigned these shares and we will start a covered call campaign on Monday using the assigned shares and hoping to get out at my cost basis. I have (2) CSP's on NAIL, $48 and $46 strikes, I will COMBINE these 2 trades and will use the cost basis of $47 going forward
This trade makes $1100 in Cash Secured Premium. The stock has fallen such that I am assigned these shares and am in a losing position for the shares. This premium on money invested would represent 2.29% Cash on Cash.

JUST KEEPING IN THE IRA TO BUILD THE BANK ROLLYES
Because this is in my non-taxable account I'm just going to use the premium to build the account size to make more premium versus buying dividend paying funds will save that for all my taxable accounts and with no tax implications we're not going to put any money in the tax bucket either
