 | NEW CCW TRADE |
| | | | | | | | | |
| NEW 0.99 DELTA ITM COVERED CALL TRADE IS NOW | OPEN |
| The 0.99 delta covered call strategy means that instead of purchasing the shares outright, I buy a 2–3 month in-the-money call option (what I refer to as a LEAPS) to simulate stock ownership. The key requirement is that the time value (extrinsic premium) on the LEAPS must be under 0.5%. Additionally, when combining the cost of that time value with the premium received from selling the covered call, the total position must meet my target — a minimum cash-on-cash return of 1.2% per week on an in-the-money covered call basis. |

| DETAILS FOR THIS COVERED CALL TRADE |
| Today a NEW Covered Call position was opened using (IREN) |
| When the stock/ETF was trading for $54.31 a share I SOLD (15) Covered Call contract(s) using controlling interest via an ITM LEAPS Call Option (see details below) for (1500) shares for the May-22 expiration date, strike price of $48 receiving a premium of $7.5 or $1 in Time Value premium, making $1500. in up front cash flow to begin this trade with a LEAPS cost basis of $20 which when you combine my LEAPS Strike Price + my LEAPS premium I paid this would make my combined share price cost basis be $7.5 to break even on the trade. |

| COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I OPENED THIS TRADE |
| WHY I OPENED this CCW on > IREN |
| This IREN (9) day trade , where I'm trying to capture anywhere from 1.2% to 1.6% for a 5 day trade will make me a projected 2.9% Cash on Cash on money invested |
| Further Commentary as to why I did this trade |
IREN > Using the 99 Delta ITM CC, we buy the Jun-18th LEAPS, we pay about -0.19 cents in time value cost ... because we used the LEAPS vs the shares, we were ale to use more downside protection in this trade and still achieve the Cash on Cash % gain I like for the timeframe ... about 2.19% > IREN beats earnings but this morning they announce a debt offering to help grow the business, basically priced at $51x so that could mean, not 100%, IREN could fall to $51 as investors bail feeling a bit F'd , seen this many times ... > News here > the key number from IREN’s latest convertible debt offering was the conversion price of approximately $51.40 per share. - A few important details: - The notes were issued with a 25% premium to the stock’s closing price at the time. IREN’s stock had closed around $41.12, which is also the price of the concurrent equity offering they did. The convertibles were: 0.25% notes due 2032 1.00% notes due 2033 So the market generally viewed it as: dilution risk exists, BUT management negotiated the conversion significantly above the market price, which is usually considered far better than raising equity near the current share price. The interesting part is they also used capped calls up to about $82.24/share to reduce dilution impact.

| PROJECTED PROFIT POTENTIAL (CCW PREM ONLY) |
| If this trade goes as planned, I will have my shares taken at my strike price and I will only collect the difference between the Real Money and Time Value which is the plan |
| COST BASIS | STRIKE | PREM | Projected Cash Flow |
| $54.31 | $48.00 | $7.50 | $41.05 |
| DAYS ON | INTRINSIC VALUE | TIME VALUE | Cash on Cash % |
| 9 | $6.31 | $1.19 | 0.08% |
| This being an ITM Covered Call ... I did collect the premium of $7.5 but remember that I'm giving away my shares cheaper at $48 so in this case the Time Value premium profit could be $0.999999999999998 or $1500 in total premium profit if NO buy back. |

| MY COST BASIS ON THE LEAPS CALL OPTIONS |
| LEAPS Strike | LEAPS cost | Controlling Shares | Total Cost |

| DELTA | TimeValueCost | % Cost Paid | |
| 0.99 | $0.19 | 0.35% |
| By purchasing the LEAPS Call Option I was able to simulate stock ownership using $51750 vs using $81465. had I outright bought the shares. |

| | HOW YOU WOULD BENEFIT FROM THIS TRADE | | |
|
| ITM CC BUY SHARES > SELL CALL |
| For this trade, I already own the shares, so my total profit may or may not include stock appreciation. In your case, you would purchase the shares outright at the current trading price I’ve provided. You would then proceed to sell a near-term covered call, aiming to achieve the same premium for the same strike price and expiration date. |
| OF COURSE, this is all projected and the final results could have you LOSING MONEY. Ensure you understand this trade and that it meets your risk tolerance. I wish you good luck. |
