| COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I ENDED THIS TRADE | |||||||||
| WHY I OPENED this PMCC Trade on > Daily Regional Banks Bull 3X ETF (DPST) | |||||||||
| We were able to buy back the covered call with only $0.22 of time value premium remaining, even though the option doesn't expire until Friday, June 12th. With most of the premium already captured, it made sense to close that leg of the trade and lock in the gains. With positive momentum returning to the market this morning, we then sold the 99 Delta Deep In-the-Money Call Option for $86.50, allowing us to capitalize on the strength in the underlying stock while efficiently closing the position. When combining the profits from the in-the-money covered call strategy and the appreciation in the 99 Delta call option, the trade generated a total profit of approximately $3,065, representing a 9.67% cash-on-cash return since the position was opened on May 21st. Another successful 99 Delta Deep In-the-Money Covered Call trade in the books. The goal isn't to hit home runs. The goal is to consistently put high-probability trades on the field, manage risk, harvest premium, and let the numbers compound over time. | |||||||||

| LETTING MONEY BUILD THE ACCOUNT SIZE | |||||||||
| Because this is in my non-taxable account I'm just going to use the premium to build the account size to make more premium versus buying dividend paying funds will save that for all my taxable accounts and with no tax implications we're not going to put any money in the tax bucket either | |||||||||
