ROLLED BLENDED TRADE
STANDARD BLENDED COVERED CALL TRADE IS NOWROLLED
Today I ROLLED this Covered Call position on (METU)
Using this opportunity to roll the option out to June 12th, I can collect an additional $0.85 while staying at the same $26 strike. That's the beauty of letting time and premium work in your favor. This week, I paid back approximately $0.30 on a $0.70 option, locking in the majority of the premium while maintaining flexibility. If the shares are called away, that's perfectly fine. If not, we'll continue managing the position and harvesting premium as opportunities present themselves. By June 12th, assuming the shares are taken away, the entire trade will have generated approximately $17,375, representing an 11.29% return since the position was initiated on May 4th. I don't have a problem earning $2,400 per week while allowing the probabilities, time decay, and disciplined trade management to do the heavy lifting.

REASONING FOR ROLLING THIS MONEY VS JUST SITTING (FINAL)
WHY I OPENED this CCW Trade on > METU
This trade on METU starts out as a > (8) day trade where Im trying to capture anywhere from 3% - 5% for a monthly Covered Call Trade. This trade will make $5100 dollars which represents 1.96% premium profit on money invested. Should my shares be taken I could make more, break even of lose money based on where my LEAPS Call Option is priced (see below for those calculations)
Further commentary and feelings on this trade
METU (2x Leveraged ETF to Facebook) > just rolling, I could have closed this trade and made money but have little fear holding META down here ... we will keep this trade going for another week and see where it goes... IF it gets OVER $26 we will let this trade end for sure.
With this new Strike Price, what is the projected LEAPS Value?
If this trades ends as its projected, I will make money where my LEAPS Call Options will be profitable but my Shares will be sold as a loss. This is calculated and expected and the hopes is that I break even and make my money on the CC premiums.

STOCK/LEAPS CALL OPTION INFORMATION
DETAILS OF THE STOCK/LEAPS CALL OPTION PURCHASES
This blended trade brings together shares and deep ITM LEAPS Call Options to reduce my cost basis to a manageable position so I can exit the trade sooner. The idea is to break even on the shares/LEAPS and profit from the premiums I've collected along the way.

JUST KEEPING IN THE IRA TO BUILD THE BANK ROLLYES
Because this is in my non-taxable account I'm just going to use the premium to build the account size to make more premium versus buying dividend paying funds will save that for all my taxable accounts and with no tax implications we're not going to put any money in the tax bucket either
