| DETAILS FOR THIS CASH SECURED PUT TRADE | |||||||||
| Today a NEW Cash Secured Put position was opened using Direxion Daily FTSE China Bull 3x Shares (ticker: YINN) when the stock was trading for $51.43 a shares. I sold (9) Cash Secured Put contract(s) using (900) shares worth of money for the (October)-17-2025 Expiration Date, $48 Strike Price receiving a Premium of $0.79 of $711 in upfront cash flow to begin this trade. This would be an (OTM) Cash Secured Put. | |||||||||
| COMMENTARY AS TO WHY I OPENED THIS TRADE | |||||||||
| WHY I OPENED this CSP on > YINN | |||||||||
| This trade begins as a (10) day trade where I'm trying to capture anywhere from 1.2% - 1.3% for a weekly Cash Secured Put and 3% or more for a monthly expiration. This trade will make $711 which is 1.65% on money invested | |||||||||
| Further commentary as to why I opened this trade > | |||||||||
| YINN (3x leverage to the China Large Caps) > YINN just came off its recent all-time high of $57.71, pulled back intraday to $54.50, and is now trading around $51.43 falling there in my last (most recent CSP trade) I thought .... I’m planning to use the $48.00 strike, which gives me about 6.1% downside protection. Right now, I feel there is a more favorable chance of YINN going higher then falling below this strike I’m keeping an eye on it and planning to place this 900-share trade to see how it plays out. | |||||||||
| 2 trade plan (Cash Secured Put + Covered Call) if needed a second trade > | |||||||||
| This trade is , trade #1 ... a CSP for a premium profit of $711. If this trade expires worthless of I buy the option back profitable later , all good but if I were to be assigned the shares and the stock price in a worse case scenario fell an additional -$0 , I could then do an at my cost basis CCW making a possible $2.72 (hypothetical based on the trade numbers at the time of this post) so that would be $0.79 for trade #1 and $2.72 for trade #2 which would equal (these being the same timeframe for each) $3.51 in the same timeframe (that means, if this OPEN CSP trade is 1 week and are assigned the shares, the CC projected premium is for the same 1 week, so on) | |||||||||
| > as with every trade, I will manage this trade as it approaches expiration ... buying back the option if it adheres to my -50% and 0.10 cent guidelines. -50% guideline being, such this option price fall 50% or more in the first 2 weeks I will buy back and look to roll the option - if the this option falls to 0.10 or less (in most cases) I will buy back the option and roll it for another credit if it presents itself. | |||||||||

| General plan for my Cash Secured Puts Cash on Cash % investments > I like to generate a 2% Cash on Cash return on my money invested ... depending on the timeframe ... 1 week, 1% is ok but if 30 days I want more like 2 ot 3% perferred | |||||||||

| What does this mean? If within the first week the option falls 50% I will buy back the option and look to roll for another credit ... if the option falls to 10% of the value, I will buy back and roll. | |||||||||
