| TNA (3X Leveraged ETF to the Russell 2000) > Looking at the chart and the Keltner Channel, TNA has fallen from almost $49 back to the midday Keltner Channel. I believe that if it pulls back within this timeframe, it could reach around $44. So I’m going to go ahead and use $43 as my strike. My thought is that the shares could pull back, then move higher. If I end up keeping the shares, my cost basis will be $43, and I can write a covered call with the confidence that the stock is more likely to move higher than lower — barring a complete market turnaround. | |||||||||
